Babuka – Restaurant & Fast Food HTML Template

Babuka is a hand-coded HTML template for restaurants, fast food counters and
fine dining rooms. It ships with three complete homepage designs and seventeen
inner pages, built on Bootstrap 5 with no jQuery and no build step. Unzip it,
open it in any code editor, and edit plain HTML and CSS.

Built to be edited

• No build step and no package manager. There is nothing to compile.
• No jQuery. The template JavaScript is vanilla and commented throughout.
• Colour, type and spacing are driven by CSS custom properties, so you can
  rebrand the whole template from one block at the top of the stylesheet.
• Every component is namespaced, so nothing collides with your own CSS.
• Webfonts are self-hosted and licensed under the SIL Open Font License, so
  the template makes no third-party requests at runtime.

• Shopping cart and wishlist that remember their contents between visits.
• Reservation, contact and newsletter forms with inline validation.
• Filterable gallery and shop grids, with a keyboard accessible lightbox.
• Tabbed menus, accordion FAQ, animated counters and a countdown timer.
• Sliders powered by Swiper, and scroll animations powered by GSAP with
  ScrollTrigger.
• Mega menu, sticky header, off-canvas mobile navigation and a search
  overlay.
• A film player, so you can drop in a video of your kitchen or dining room.

Responsive, accessible and search ready

• Laid out for large desktops down to small phones, with the navigation
  collapsing to an off-canvas menu on tablet.
• Skip link, trapped focus in overlays, visible focus styles and ARIA
  labelling on interactive controls.
• Motion is disabled for visitors who set a reduced motion preference.
• Restaurant schema.org structured data, Open Graph and Twitter card tags
  are already filled in on every page.

• The full template: 20 HTML pages, CSS, JavaScript, icons and webfonts.
• HTML documentation covering the file structure, every component, the
  JavaScript hooks and the image credits.

Please note: the photographs and the video in the download
are placeholders, supplied at the same dimensions as the demo files so the
layout is identical to the live preview. The photography used on the demo is
credited in the documentation, with a link to each original and its licence, so
you can source the same images or drop in your own.
